Stabilmente instabile

Instability is a human condition that Paolo Fusi turns into visual strength. In this installation, the dialogue between seemingly contradictory materials – fragile glass, solid iron, organic wood – creates a tension that mirrors the very essence of existence.

The title is not a contradiction but a truth: real stability lies in accepting movement, in constant evolution. What looks unstable is in fact rooted, just like the human being who struggles, falls and gets back up, finding authenticity in fragility.

The work invites the viewer to recognise the duality that lives in each of us – resistance and vulnerability coexisting, not as enemies but as complementary forces that keep us standing.
