Orgasm today

Art installation at “Il Fiorino sull’Arno” – Florence

Location: Lungarno Guglielmo Pecori Giraldi, Florence. Materials: steel tubes, mannequins, elements of sensuality

The installation “Orgasm today” explores the structural harmony between segments and figures, a hallmark of Paolo Fusi’s work. It reflects on contemporary sensuality and on ways of human communication that are ever more virtual and distant. The intertwining of intimate sensations and artificial tools raises questions about affinity, emotion and fantasy.

The interplay between the hardness of steel and the softness of the forms, joined by transformed mannequins, invites the public to reflect on the boundary between reality and abstraction. A tribute to imagination and creative freedom on the banks of the Arno, where art and life merge.
